You can make Dosa without Urad dal.
Dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast dish known for its crisp texture and delicious flavor. Traditionally, dosa batter is made using rice and urad dal (black gram). However, for those who are allergic to urad dal, or simply want to try a variation, dosa can be made without urad dal while still retaining its delightful taste and texture. The main ingredients are raw rice, grated coconut, shallots, jeera, dried red chillies, curry leaves and salt.
We will take you through how to prepare it at home. Try it out
