(3 ingredients only)
1 can condensed milk
2 packs all purpose cream
3-4 packs lava cake(ubequezo)
•chill all purpose cream over night
•on a large mixing bowl, pour condensed milk and all purpose cream
•whisk the mixture for 5 to 8mins.
until soft picks form
•transfer a desired amount of cream mixture onto a smaller bowl then add some colorant.
• on a container , pour the purple mixture then tap to release trapped air and to level the cream nicely.
• add the lava cake slices then pour the cream.
•you may decorate it or add some garnish before putting it inside the fridged for 10-24 hours then serve
