Sindhi Tridali daal or tidali dal, is one of the best sindhi cuisine or dal recipe which not only provides nutritional value to your regular meals but also makes them tastier. Along with giving best taste to meals it also gives a huge amount of nutrients and proteins which makes it best for vegetarians to consume it even on daily basis.

Ingredients
For 3-4 servings
1. half bowl split Chickpeas (~100g)(चने की दाल)
2. half bowl split Green Gram (~100g)(छिलके वाली हरी मूंग की दाल)
3. half bowl split Black Gram (~100g)(छिलके वाली उरद की दाल)
4. Few chopped Coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
5. 1-2 tsp paste of Ginger and Garlic (अदरक और लहसुन की कदूकस)
6. 2 chopped Green chillies (हरी मिर्च)
7. 2 chopped Tomatoes (टमाटर)
8. Half Lemon and 8-10 Neem leaves (नींबू और नीम पत्ती)
9. Various spices required are Salt, Turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, Cumin seeds and Coriander powder.
10. Water (3-4 glasses) and Cooking oil

Each of its ingredient pulse has its own health benefits like:
#1.Split chickpeas : As a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fiber, chickpeas are high in protein and make an excellent replacement for meat in vegetarian and vegan diets.
Chickpeas help control blood sugar. Canned and dried chickpeas have a low glycemic index. This means your body absorbs and digests them slowly. Also, they have a type of starch that digests slowly, called amylose. Both of these things help keep your blood sugar and insulin from going up too fast. This is good for people with diabetes.
They help with digestion.Chickpeas are high in dietary fiber, especially a soluble fiber called raffinose. The good bacteria in your gut breaks this down so your colon can digest it slowly. Studies have found that eating more chickpeas can help make bowel movements easier and more regular.
They can help lower cholesterol. Soluble fiber is good for more than gut health. It can lessen your total cholesterol and your LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. This lowers your risk of heart disease.
They may lower your cancer risk. When you eat chickpeas, your body makes a short-chain fatty acid called butyrate. In studies, butyrate is shown to help get rid of sick and dying cells. This may lower your risk for colorectal cancer. Chickpeas have other cancer-fighting compounds, too, such as lycopene and saponins.

1. Aids Weight Loss-Moong dal helps enhance the functioning of the cholecystokinin hormone. This makes the body feel full after eating, and improves your metabolism rate too.
2. Improves Heart Health.
3. Rich in Nutrients-Moong dal is a nutrient-rich food. They’re packed with minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron, and copper. In addition to this, they also contain folate, fiber, fiber, and vitamin B6, apart from loads of high-quality protein.
4. Helps Prevent Diabetes-Moong dal has a low glycemic index. It helps bring down the insulin, blood glucose and fat levels in the body.
5. Improves Digestive Health-The consumption of moong dal helps produce a fatty acid called butyrate in the gut. This helps maintain the health of the intestinal walls.
