Time for a full 60 mins/one hour ALL STANDING HIIT workout to burn some calories - around 700 calories but this will depend on your weight and how hard you go :)

6 rounds of 10 moves. 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. NO REPEAT! NO EQUIPMENT!

The hour goes by pretty quick because of no repeats :-).

Please take longer rests if you need to or just pause the workout and start again when you feel ready. Have a drink of water nearby to keep hydrated.
