【八ヶ岳の５月】花、鳥、新緑、諏訪大社上社本宮、神長官守矢史料館、アナンダ、冨士見高原、May flowers, Yatsugatake, Suwa-Taisha, Fujimikogen

新緑の眩しい５月になりました。八ヶ岳ではチューリップが咲き、ところどころ桜もまだ見られます。鳥も元気に飛び回っています。
　富士見高原の仁科さんがナチュラルガーデンの写真を送ってくれました。GW中に訪問しました。愛犬カノンちゃんが迎えてくれます。たくさんの５月の花々を見せてもらい撮影しました。仁科さんは愛情をこめて草花を育てて、お庭が素敵です。
　八ヶ岳の女子たちと諏訪大社訪問することになりました。諏訪大社は上社本宮と前宮、下社春宮と秋宮がありますが、今回は上社本宮に行きました。６年に１度の御柱祭の時は近くに行きますが、今回じっくり見学しました。日本最古の神社の１つで、全国各地にある諏訪神社の総本社です。古来より自然そのものをご神体とする信仰の姿を伝えています。
　上社本宮の近くにネパールレストラン；アナンダがあるのでランチに行きました。古民家をリノベーションした店で家庭料理ダルバートのネパール料理を食べられます。八ヶ岳にいても、ネパールに来た感じです。
　帰りに神長官守矢史料館に寄りました。鎌倉時代から守矢家で伝えられてきた守矢文書を補完・公開する史料館です。守矢家は中世からすわ神社上社の神官の一つ；神長官を務めてきた家柄です。建物は藤森照信さんが設計し、周囲には藤原氏作品のユニークな建物が３つ建っています。
　楽しい充実した５月の１日でした。いろいろありがとうございました。

May has arrived with its dazzling fresh greenery. In Yatsugatake, tulips and cherry blossoms can still be seen in some places. Birds are also flying around energetically.

Ms. Nishina from Fujimi Plateau sent me photos of her Natural Garden, which I visited during GW. Her dog Kanon welcomes me. I was shown and photographed many May flowers. Ms. Nishina grows plants and flowers with love and his garden is wonderful.

I decided to visit Suwa-Taisha Shrine with a group of girls from Yatsugatake. Suwa-Taisha has a Honmiya（main shrine） and Maemiya（anterior shrine） in Kamisha (the upper shrine), and Harumiya (spring and autumn shrine) in Shimo-sha (the lower shrine), but this time we went to the Honmiya of the Kamisha. It is one of the oldest shrines in Japan and the headquarters of all Suwa shrines in Japan. The shrine has been a symbol of faith in nature as the deity since ancient times.

We went to lunch at Ananda, a Nepalese restaurant near Honmiya. It is a restaurant renovated from an old private house, where we can enjoy home-style Nepalese cuisine. Even though I was in Yatsugatake, I felt like I was in Nepal.

On the way home, we stopped by the Moriya Archives. The museum complements and exhibits Moriya documents handed down in the Moriya family since the Kamakura period. The Moriya family has been one of the Shinto priests of the Suwa-Taisha shrine Kamisha since the Middle Ages; the family has served as the chief priest. The building was designed by architect Terunobu Fujimori and is surrounded by three unique buildings by Fujiwara.
