30 minutes Robust dumbbell workout to strengthen your core as well as weak middle and lower back muscles at home. This full back and core dumbbell workout with Coach Ali will help rehabilitate a weak back, strengthen your weak core and hopefully negate the need to continuously see your physio or bare endless pain. You can do this workout at home weekly to reduce back pain fix your posture and create core strength. All you need is your dumbbells and some space around you.
