Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Manchurian Sauce (Dry)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger
2 green chilies (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 tbsp capsicum
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tbsp chili sauce
½ tsp black pepper
