I am happy to upload my new video on Life in Wetland! 🌿🍛
Today, I prepared two wonderful village-style curry recipes for lunch:
1️⃣ Moringa with Fried Coconut Curry – A healthy and flavorful dish made with drumstick leaves, coconut, and traditional Kerala spices.
2️⃣ Sardine Fish & Chinese Potato Stir Fry – A simple yet delicious stir fry packed with amazing flavors.
I also got some raw mangoes from the market and tried making a homemade mango pickle with the help of Komala sister and Mani sister. Unfortunately, I couldn't include that portion in this video as it would have been too long, but I will share it soon!
