A complete adaptive repair solution for a service run blade with weld, additive or laser deposition, machined to blend precisely to the parent material within the strict tolerances and complex geometry of the individual aerofoils.
Our custom-designed fixtures locate and hold each blade optimally for measurement through to machining. Adaptive toolpath generation and manipulation via our dedicated blade repair software takes control of the CNC machine removing human error, manual labour, achieves a virtually net finish and significantly reduces processing times.
