How To Build a MANUFACTURED HOME Like a Nerd - Beginner Base Game In-Depth Sims 4 Building Tutorial

Manufactured, trailer, mobile, caravan, and probably other names too...

The Manufactured home started in the United States but has spread across the continent and even overseas. Technically homes built after 1976 are Manufactured homes and before then are Mobile, but we all use these terms pretty interchangeably. Hallmarks of this architectural style include an extremely rectangular base, limited windows, low foundation, deck, low roof, and of course they are manufactured off site. This is an extremely versatile home and can be easily styled to fit any world by using the right windows and siding. When in doubt, copy your neighbor.
