Chia Seed Pudding ~ Winter Fruits

1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons almond milk
2 + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 sliced bananas
4 orange wedges
1/4 cup pomegranates
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl, allow to rest 1 hour or overnight. Layer pudding and fruits into a pretty dish of your liking dizzle on the remaining maple syrup and enjoy.
Chia seed pudding can be made with any kind of fruit juice, milk, and it can be topped with your favorite fruits. It is an easy light dish which you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
