🍳 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
• Kirimochi (Japanese rice cake) … 2 pieces
• Nori seaweed sheets … 2 sheets
• Cooking oil … as needed
[Sweet Soy Sauce]
• Sugar … 1 tbsp
• Soy sauce … 1 tbsp
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Cut the mochi and nori sheets in half
2️⃣ Wrap the mochi with nori
3️⃣ Pan-fry over low to medium heat until golden on all sides
4️⃣ Mix sugar and soy sauce
5️⃣ When the mochi puffs up and becomes soft inside, it’s ready
6️⃣ Coat with sweet soy sauce and serve
