Ingredients:
Turkey Leg — 500 g
Garlic — 1 head
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste
Broccoli — 200 g
Cherry Tomatoes — 150 g
Lemon — 1 piece
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Turkey Leg:
Rinse the turkey leg under cold water and pat it dry with a paper towel.
2. Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mince the garlic, then add salt and pepper. Mix well and rub this mixture onto the turkey leg.
3. Prepare the Vegetables:
Cut the broccoli into florets, and leave the cherry tomatoes whole. Slice the lemon into wedges.
4. Assemble the Dish:
Place the turkey leg on a baking sheet. Arrange the broccoli and cherry tomatoes around it. Place lemon wedges on top of the turkey and vegetables for added flavor.
5. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the turkey is golden and fully cooked.
6. Serving:
Allow the turkey to cool slightly before slicing. Serve it with the vegetables and lemon.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, you can add olive oil and your favorite herbs.
This dish pairs wonderfully with rice or potatoes.
