Ingredients:
Lavash bread
Smoked trout/salmon
Cream cheese
Cucumber
Fresh herbs (dill, chives, parsley)
Instructions:
1. Lay out the lavash bread on a flat surface.
2. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly across the entire surface.
3. Arrange thin slices of smoked trout/salmon over the cream cheese layer.
4. Place thinly sliced cucumber strips across the lavash.
5. Sprinkle fresh chopped herbs over the filling ingredients.
6. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the lavash into a log shape.
7. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up (optional but recommended).
8. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices.
9. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with additional herbs.
Tips:
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before rolling
These can be made up to 4 hours ahead and kept refrigerated
