Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
½ C - heavy cream
1½ Tbsp - butter
1tsp - fresh garlic
2-3 sprigs - fresh dill
Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe Directions:
1. Add 1½ Tbsp butter to your cold or warm pan, and turn your cooktop to a medium heat.
2. Once the butter has melted, add 1 tsp fresh garlic and stir to infuse the butter.
3. After a minute or two, add a sprig of fresh, chopped dill, and stir into the pan.
4. Once these ingredients have fully infused, add ½C heavy cream to the pan and stir.
5. Reduce the sauce until it has developed a thick creamy consistency. Take special care to ensure your cooktop heat is not too hot, nor too cold.
6. You may serve this sauce fresh, over roasted salmon, chicken, or many other dishes.
