This is Day 3 of my 2026 Workout Journey.
Last night was hard, but today I still showed up.
This journey isn’t about having perfect days — it’s about continuing even when things feel heavy. Today’s workout is part of my commitment to keep moving forward, one day at a time.
I live with anxiety, trauma-induced PTSD, OCD, depression, and maladaptive daydreaming.
I'm choosing movement to help me regulate, release, and slowly heal — even when my energy is low.
Some days showing up looks strong.
Some days it looks quiet.
Both still count.
