A gentle practice to help rinse out the digestive system, massage your internal organs and detox your whole body. These poses are great if you have regular digestive issues, or a health condition that impacts your metabolism/digestion, or if you just ate something wrong and are feeling a little “icky” in your body (we all know how this feels and it’s totally normal!) These postures will help you feeling fresh and light again in no time!
I’d also recommend to drink lots of water for 24hrs after this practice, to help flush out your system.
