First year racing Iceman and I went in blind. No course knowledge, just vibes and honestly that made it even better.
Iceman is the largest race in my region so I went up to show support from USAC and ran Pro registration. I shut number pickup down 15min before the start and lined up at the back.
The race was full gas, nonstop, and that finish… absolutely the wildest, loudest, most electric finish line I’ve ever hit. I ended the day in 38th and am happy with the result!
Already hungry for next year.
