2025 Chequamegon 40 Amateur race
To give context and help anyone wondering how they might do at this race: I was 37th at the first checkpoint and finished 37th overall out of 1253 and that required 260 NP (3.4 wkg) for 2hr36min. But the frequent hills are what matter, I accumulated 30 minutes above 368w. I stood up for the finish sprint and both legs fully cramped made for an amusing ending.
Always seems to be high humidity at Chequamegon 40, 70-76F and 85-70% humidity.
