Rack Pulls- 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Shrugs- 4 sets of 10 reps
Bent Over Row- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Inverted Row with Straight Arm Pulldown- 4 sets of 10 reps
Close Grip T-Bar Row- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Hammer Strength Row- 4 sets of 10 (each arm)
Low Row- 4 sets of 10 (each arm)
Dumbbell Curl- 3 sets of 8,8
Hammer Curl- 3 sets of 8,8
Hammer Rope Curl with Wrist Forearm Curl- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Concentration Cable Curl- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
