Piercing the Denial: Reaching Escape Velocity From Narcissistic Abuse

When you're stuck in the conflict between No Contact and wanting to contact them or wanting to respond to their hoovering techniques or thinking back to certain good moments and wanting to go back for the hope they'll change. Maybe you know it's not healthy to go back but you don't understand why you want to so badly. Maybe you get sucked in again and have to get out again. When you're still looking for answers and trying to get closure, wanting an apology or an acknowledgement that they hurt you, or just trying to figure out what happened, what was real and what wasn't... Eventually you go back and forth between moments of lucidity and the slip back into denial. So how do you reach the escape velocity to get out of the hoovering stage?
