CSX Q409-12 - Last run of the CSX C44-9 and C40-8W's on my layout

Well as many of you know, I model current times on the CSX Philly sub and have been for 30 years. With that said, staying current can be hard as it's always tough to part with cars or engines you love. I have been slowly removing classes of engines over the last few years as CSX does so also. The C40-8W's and C44-9W's have been in storage and some of them have been sold or scrapped already. Recently, some have been running due to a traffic surge coming out of Covid. I have decided to retire my last 2 engines from these classes. Here is their last run. C44-9W 9024 which was done from an Atlas C40-8W as these were the early versions that CSX bought and they have C40-8W car bodies and CSX 7904 C40-8W. Both custom and beautiful. Enjoy their passage on Q409-12 as they head to Waycross for storage. I filmed this also in 4k and try to show some aspects of the layout I have not shown. Be safe. Bruce
