RECIPE:
6 cups flour (750 grams)
1/2 cup sugar (200 grams)
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix
10 tablespoons softened, or melted butter(141 grams)
Mix until crumbly
Set aside the dry ingredients
Add two eggs
Add 1 cup of warm or evaporated milk (250g)
Add into the dry ingredients and mix
Gradually add water until dough is formed
Leave for 10 mins
Sprinkle some flour onto your work surface
Knead dough for 5-10 mins
Cut in four parts
Roll out the dough and cut out extra parts
Cut into desired size
And fry on high heat for 15-20 mins
