50 Minute Sweaty Arm & Cardio Workout - Today we are going to take 3 muscle groups: biceps, triceps, shoulders. We will do 2 exercises per muscle group, tag on 2 cardio exercises, and hit it for 2 sets. Then move onto the next muscle group. 2+2x2! Grab your dumbbells and let's get sweaty! Burn 404 Calories*
