Welcome to your 20 minute Power Vinyasa Flow, where we’ll strengthen and stretch the entire body.
Asanas include Sukhasana, Cat Cow, Downward Facing Dog, Plank, Rag Doll, Chair Pose, High lunge, Warrior 2, Reverse Warrior, Side Plank, Boat Pose, Bridge, Child's Pose, Supine Twist and Savasana. We will also include a couple of rounds of Surya Namaskar A and numerous vinyasas.
We’ll move at a steady pace, making this class suitable for all levels. Please feel free to adapt any poses as required. Child’s pose is always available to you. No props required.
