Recipe for Shirataki Noodles using NOW Brand Glucomannan Powder

If you only have access to the NOW brand of glucomannan powder (konjac flour), please refer to this video where I provide my specific recipe for how to make shirataki noodles using the NOW brand of GM powder. Recipe for Shirataki Noodles using NOW brand glucomannan powder
1 cup cool water
1 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoons NOW brand Glucomannan Powder
1/4 teaspoon pickling lime
Pour water into bowl. Mix dry ingredients and then add to the bowl. Whisk FOR 3 MINUTES. This brand takes a longer time to make a firm gel.
Put in pasta press and squirt shirataki noodles into simmering/boiling water. Let boil 5 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
No need to dry fry these shirataki noodles.
Top with favorite sauce/seasoning and enjoy!
