[No Dashi Required] The Ultimate Pork Udon

Turning frozen udon into a bomb dish. Someone please serve this at a restaurant. I will go there every day.
■Ingredients
1 Frozen udon
100g(or 150g) Sliced pork belly
■Sauce
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Mirin
1 tbsp. Cooking sake
1/2 tbsp. Sesame oil
1/2 tbsp. Vinegar(Chinese black vinegar if you have any). Use 1 tbsp. if you want more sourness. *Every vinegar is different so start with ½ tbsp. and go from there.
1 batch Green onions. Mix it with udon while it’s hot to get it soft.
*Use other leaves if you don’t like green onions.
Garlic is optional. If you have no plans for the day, go all in.
*In our videos we are treating 1 tbsp. as 15ml and 1 tsp. as 5ml.
