INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
All-purpose flour ( 350 g )
Sugar ( 300 g )
Baking powder ( 1 tbsp )
Desiccated coconut ( 180 g )
Vanilla powder ( 1/2 tsp )
Vegetable oil ( 150 ml )
Milk ( 150 ml )
Hot water ( 150 ml )
BAKING TRAY ( 26 CM )
BAKE AT 180 DEGREES
FOR 45 MINUTES
