Snehodiya is professionally managed, offering life style choice, 24*7 care facilities to the Senior Citizens & also the entertainment facilities & social interaction facilities. Senior residences will get relief from home maintenance & enjoy independent living for starting the second innings of their life. Guest of Snehodiya will also get membership of Swapno Bhor - Senior’s Park right opposite.

Rooms are fully furnished with AC, Geyser, Microwave, Kettle, TV with Tata Sky, room cleaning & room maintenance. It includes also dining facility, health care & wellness facility with regular check up by GP & Geriatric doctor once in a month maintaining health record emergency hospitalization. Other than these 24*7 security, DG backup, laundry facility, other aged care facilities, ambulance service, guest house facilities, car parking facilities & club facility. There is overall facility management by the officials of the retirement home.

Here rooms are available on Leave & Licensee basis and are non-transferable. Initial deposit will have to pay by the Licensee out of which 75% will be refundable as security deposit and a fixed monthly charge.

Any Indian citizen or NRI/PIO being 55 years of age or above can apply. Application procedure: Have to purchase application form at a price of Rs.500/- from designated branches of Axis Bank or Snehodiya office. Filled up forms have to be submitted with all documents and DD amounting Rs 1 Lakhs to the designated branch of Axis Bank. Forms will come to Snehodiya office for verification purpose. Allotment letter will be issued after medical check-up and verification immediately. 1st Instalment (25%) should be given after 1 month & 2nd Instalment (75%) or Final payment should be given after 3 months from the date of issuance of allotment letter. Possession will be given after 15 days of final payment. Immediate possession will be also possible against payment of full amount at a time after issuance of allotment letter. Agreement within 15 days after possession.
