Many people tell me during private coaching sessions: What if I never see my ex again… The fear that the one you love may be out of your life for good can often push you to make mistakes and quite often I see that people are unable to deal with their emotions.

A breakup, separation or a divorce is something that can extremely difficult to cope with, and many people are simply unsure where to turn in order to stop the intense feeling of despair and depression.

In this vulnerable state, it is quite common for people to feel like the worst possible outcome or scenario is upon them…and never hearing from an ex can be that worst possible outcome for many people.
