The Gospel is the simple message that God sent his Son to die for our sins and raised Him from the dead so that whoever believes in Him will have eternal life. This Gospel is the heart of the Christian faith, and the Bible gives a harsh rebuke of anyone who would distort this message.
Evangelicalism gets its name from the Greek word for "gospel," but some segments of modern Evangelicalism risk compromising the very Gospel from which it gets its name. In this video, I'll explain how Evangelicals risk moving away from the Gospel by turning to Christian Nationalism and by insisting that certain sins must be dealt with prior to putting one's faith in Christ.
