Описание:
A recipe found on the internet by my husband, and requested me to make it, it is delicious and soft!
My take is, I would use normal Brown Sugar the filling will be more moist and it would add a little softness to the dough
Ingredients
300g All Purpose Flour
160g Milk
1 egg
30g Granulated Sugar
4g Instant Yeast
1/4 tsp Salt
40g Unsalted Butter
Filling:
Muscovado Sugar (Can use normal brown sugar)
Soft butter (for spreading)
Cinnamon Powder
Frosting:
200g Powdered Sugar
50g Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Bake at 170'C for 30 minutes.
