This is part 2 of Yoga for MMA as requested by Jesse :) The class and flexibility level for this class is ADVANCED to Intermediate. This class is NOT suitable for Beginners. Please refer to my beginner classes before you attempt working on the advanced sequences.
The class is suitable for everyone familiar with my Interval Vinyasa Yoga Classes for wrestlers, dancers,etc. please let me know if you have any thoughts about the sequence/speed etc.

This sequence is focusing on joint mobility, deepening flexibility, opening the hips and shoulders, spinal rotation, fluidity.
Arm balances, backbends, hamstring quadriceps stretching. Hips, IT BAND stretching.
