I appreciate everything life has been allowing me to do. I have so much gratitude towards everything happening to me recently and the people in my life.
In this video, I combined a couple of days together when I was being productive :)
I made sourdough bread, made a dip/salsa (so good! cowboy caviar) organized and put a bunch of clothes away (about damn time) went on a walk with my sister, mom, and niece, and antiquing! also practicing my barista skills as well! such a good week :)
Sourdough bread tutorial:
100g starter
385g water
520 g bread flour
12g salt
mix, let sit for 1 hour
after 1 hour, do a stretch and fold then do 3 coil folds every 30 minutes- so a total of 3 hours
-bulk ferment for 5-7 hours
-dump out and shape, let sit for 20 minutes, shape again
put in fridge for 1-2 hours
-preheat oven to 500 degrees, bake with lid on for 20-30 minutes until lifted and puffy
take lid off and cook for another 5-15 minutes until nice and golden brown
-done! let cool for at least 1 hour before slicing
