Full Written Recipe for Healthy Egg Oats Pizza with Ingredients & Method

Prep Time - 15 Mins
Cooking Time - 10-15 Mins
Serves - 2-3 People

🍕 Pizza Sauce - Ingredients
• Tomato (टमाटर) - 7-8 Nos (Roughly Chopped)
• Oil (तेल) - 2-3 tbsp
• Garlic (लहसुन) - 1 Tbsp (Chopped)
• Onion (प्याज़) - 1 (Chopped)
• Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1 Tsp
• Salt As Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
• Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - A Pinch
• Sugar (शक्कर) - A Pinch
• Oregano (ओरिगैनो) - 1 Tsp
• Red Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Tsp
• Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर केचप) - 2-3 Tbsp
• Basil Leaves (बेसिल) - 8-10 Leaves

🍕 Pizza Sauce - Method

1. First, add the chopped tomatoes to a mixer grinder and blend them into a smooth puree.
2. Heat a pan on high flame. Once it becomes hot, add oil and let it heat well.
3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté on high flame until the onions turn translucent.
4. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder and give it a quick stir.
5. Now add the tomato puree along with the remaining ingredients (salt, black pepper, sugar, oregano, chilli flakes, and ketchup).
6. Mix everything well, cover the pan, and cook on medium-low flame for 8–10 minutes.
7. After 10 minutes, remove the lid, add fresh basil leaves, mix well — and your homemade pizza sauce is ready.

🍕Egg Oats Pizza - Ingredients

• Eggs (अंडे) - 5 Nos
• Salt As Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
• Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - A Pinch
• Red Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) - A Pinch
• Fresh Green Coriander (ताजा हरा धनिया) - Little Bit
• Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) - 2 Nos - Chopped
• Oats (ओट्स) - 1/4 Cup
• Potato (आलू) - 1 Nos - Grated
• Butter (मक्खन) - 1 Tbsp
• Home Made Pizza Sauce (घर पर बना पिज़्ज़ा सॉस)
• Mozzarella Cheese (मोज़रेला चीज़)
• Green Capsicum (हरी शिमला मिर्च)
• Red Bell Pepper (लाल शिमला मिर्च)
• Yellow Bell Pepper (पीली शिमला मिर्च))
• Onion (प्याज)
• Sweet Corn (स्वीट कॉर्न)
• Oregano (ओरिगैनो)
• Red Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)

🍕 Egg Oats Pizza - Method

1. Crack 5 eggs into a bowl.
2. Add salt to taste, a pinch of freshly crushed black pepper, and a pinch of red chilli flakes.
3. Add a small handful of chopped fresh coriander and 1–2 chopped green chillies.
4. Whisk everything together until well combined.
5. Now Add 1/4 cup oats and 1 medium-sized grated potato.
6. Mix thoroughly — your mixture is ready to cook
7. Now Heat a pan well on medium flame.
8. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon oil so the butter doesn’t burn.
9. Once the butter and oil are hot, swirl the pan to coat it evenly.
10. Pour the prepared egg mixture into the pan.
11. Spread it evenly across the pan.
12. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for about 5 minutes.
13. After 5 minutes, check — the omelette should be nicely set.
14. To flip, gently slide the omelette onto a plate.
15. Place the pan upside down over the plate and flip it carefully back into the pan.
16. Once flipped, remove the pan from the flame — because now we need to build the pizza on top, and keeping it on heat may burn the omelette from the bottom
17. Spread a layer of homemade pizza sauce evenly over the omelette.
18. Add mozzarella cheese on top. (If mozzarella is not available, you can use processed cheese as well.)
19. Add your favourite toppings. Here, we are adding green capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onions, and some boiled sweet corn.
20. Add a little more mozzarella cheese on top, followed by some oregano and red chilli flakes.
21. Now place the pan back on the stove.
22. Add a few small slices of butter around the edges, and turn the flame to low.
23. Cover the pan and cook slowly until the omelette is fully cooked from the bottom and the cheese melts completely. This will take about 5–6 minutes.
24. After 5 minutes, check — the cheese should be nicely melted and the omelette should be perfectly cooked without burning.
25. Your delicious and healthy Egg Oats Pizza is ready. Plate it and serve hot
