Making of the fastest train in India - Vande Bharat

India's pride, Vande Bharat train is a technological marvel entirely made in India, signifiying a commitment to revolutionizing railway infrastructure. With its state-of-the-art design, it offers world-class amenities, safety features, and a smooth ride. PM Narendra Modi Ji’s vision to fulfil the aspirations of India had transformed Indian Railways at its core. On 15th February 2019, dedicating India’s first semi high-speed train to the nation, Vande Bharat Express kick-started the era of manufacturing world-class trains in India.

This train embodies India's shift from importing world-class facilities to designing and producing them within the country. With 34 operational trains, Indian Railways aims to enhance the travel experience for over 2 crore passengers daily, reflecting the unstoppable journey of 21st-century India. Indian Railways will surely experience a transformation with modern and world-class Vande Bharat trains moving us towards Viksit Bharat by 2047.
