#16 Hatton's Andrew Barclay 0-4-0 ST Locomotive - Overview & DCC Decoder Fitting

Hatton's have just released a wonderful little Andrew Barclay 0-4-0 ST model. It has been long anticipated, and I received my one (in fabulous Caledonian Railway livery) this weekend. Whilst not without its teething problems, it's going to be a lovely addition to my fleet.

Andrew Barclay Sons & Co. were a locomotive building company based in Kilmarnock, Scotland. They became known for producing their standardised saddle tank locomotives, mainly for industrial use. They had a small selection of options available to prospective buyers such as alternative cabs, cylinders, chimneys and tanks.

This video provides a short overview and review of the model itself, briefly touches on the history of the man, the company and the loco, and then turns to body removal and DCC decoder installation.
