Hello everyone 💕
Welcome day 4 of our feel good Pilates programme Stretch & Sculpt!
Today is a full body Pilates workout and we will be working on strengthening, toning and elongating our muscles 🌟
Here’s an outline of how we’ll be moving today:
PLANK
Here we work on toning the upper body whilst strengthening the core muscles
TABLETOP
Here we work on strengthening the glutes and the deep core muscles with a bit of posture work added in too!
SUPINE
Here we work on sculpting the abs, with a focus on lower abs to help tone and strengthen the low belly muscles
SIDE LYING
Here we work on toning and elongating the leg muscles whilst also working on toning the waistline by adding in some oblique work
