The session focuses on flexibility, balance, and strength, particularly through the legs and hips, while encouraging grounded, controlled movement. The pace is active, so you may find it helpful to watch first, then move, and to explore the kicks only within a range that feels right for your body.
This practice can feel strong in the hamstrings and legs, and it’s normal to experience mild muscle soreness the following day as the body adapts. Move mindfully, rest when needed, and allow space for recovery between sessions.
This section works well as a standalone strength-focused practice or as part of the full Week 4 sequence.
