Challenge & push yourself with this ultimate 1 Hour Upper Body Dumbbell Workout for a killer challenge
In this Upper Body Dumbbell Workout we will be splitting the muscle groups into 3 sections or 3 supersets
These supersets in order will be
Chest & back
Biceps & Triceps
Shoulders & Abs
The aim of the game with this workout is slow and controlled reps with plenty of time under tension
Each exercise will be for 60 secs with 30 secs rest
As we are super setting between muscle groups, this is a chance for you to maybe challenge yourself with your weights and up them compared to some of the other workouts for an even ore challenging workout
But just work with what you have got , as regardless of the weight this is going to be a killer workout
All you will need is some varying weight dumbbells, a little space and 60 minutes of your time
