Join me today for the full uninterrupted 60 minute full body dumbbell workout at home

60 dumbbell exercises in 60 minutes with No repeats. Yes 60 exercises for 40 secs on with 20 secs rest

It may be 1 hour , but with these no repeats that hour will fly by. You will smash it and feel great

We will be using our 3 zone system to make sure every muscle is worked to the max

-------------------------------------------------

Zone 1 - We hit a compound conditioning exercises to get the heart rate raised and every muscle working

Zone 2 - we pick up our heavier weight and push the muscles to the max

Zone 3 - We drop down the weight and focus on our more sculpting exercises

Each muscle group will also get it's own focused section with the legs and core being worked in each of our compound sections to fit them in also

This one is going to burn and you can make it as simple or as difficult as you need by simply upping or lowering the weights

But trust me , it won't take long for this one to start hitting hard

Pace yourself and every 15 minutes we will be taking a 30 sec breather to grab a drink and get ourselves ready for the next round.

If you need to take a little longer , feel free to do so

Well I think that's everything. So grab those dumbbells, grab a drink and let's get ready to smash this

Back with another butt kicking 30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout. Againa dumbbell workout using our 3 zones to strengthen , condition and work up a serious sweat

Again split into 2 sections with a 30 second rest in between to get ready for another no repeat blast
