⏱️ Duration: 35 minutes including warm up and cool down
🏋️ Equipment: a set of dumbbells and a workout mat // Dan is using 20 lb and Tiff is using 10 lb dumbbells
⏱️ Warm Up: 30 sec work, minimal rest
⏱️ Intervals: 40 sec work, 20 sec rest
🏋️ For the workout we'll complete 3 full body circuits with 5 intervals per circuit. Repeat each circuit 2x
⏱️ Cool Down: 20 sec work, minimal rest
