The COVID-19 pandemic has given organizations the opportunity to re-examine old traditions and move towards exciting, new solutions supported by technology. On May 12th, Charles Brown, President and CEO of LifeLabs, Canada’s largest medical laboratory and leading diagnostics and health technology provider, spoke to leveraging innovation in extraordinary times.

In the face of challenges and a changing environment brought on by the pandemic, LifeLabs demonstrated agility by introducing new offerings like WorkClear and FlyClear that allowed Canadians to return safely to work, school, and travel. The organization was also able to quickly respond to the urgent public health need by providing over 2 million COVID-19 lab results, as well as antibody testing.
