LUCA is a short film about a young man on the autism spectrum and the fragile bond he shares with his elder brother.
As they prepare for a therapy visit while staying at a resort, an unexpected discovery offers a moment of calm and connection. What follows is a story about trust, and the difficult act of letting go.
This film was created as part of the FORGE filmmaking bootcamp, focusing on learning through practice and honest storytelling.
I’m deeply grateful to the entire cast and crew especially my mentors who came together to make this film possible, and for the trust, effort, and patience they brought to the process. This film marks my debut in professional filmmaking.
