BEDTIME ROUTINE with our Three Boys //

Hullooo Friends!

Hopefully this morning's video doesn't put you to sleep... but then again, it is Saturday and maybe you really need a rest?
Come hang with us as we get ourselves ready for bed. And by ourselves, I mean our three kiddos.
Augustyn goes to bed at the same time as his big brothers. He's still not sleeping through the night, but he is a premium snuggler, so I'm trying to just breathe in and out until he's ready to sleep through.
Feliks is still hit and miss, though with his naps being capped at no more than 45min most days (if he naps at all), and the addition of a dual release #melatonin , he often gives us a goooood stretch before he comes in to also snuggle.
Kasper is his mother's son (he's my son! mine!) - he has been a championship sleeper since he was just a wee thing. He sleeps 99.999% of nights like the dead (just like Mummy!) and we couldn't be more grateful.
WE hope eventually Bean will be there too - but will roll with it for now.

Post dinner we hang out (play for the kids - survive for the parents). Then Feliks gets his collection of medications: currently he's taking CBD oil, #Clobazam , and more recently #Lacosamide -- which tbh has made ZERO difference in his #seizure control facepalm to the surprise of NO ONE.

Then after he's got his jammies on and his teeth are brushed, he gets his mellies (melatonin) and gets snuggled to sleep by Daddy.
Kasper gets tucked in by one of us and I nurse and rock Auggie in his room.
If I hadn't tucked Kasper in, I often sneak in as Piotr is snuggling Feliks to sleep to give Kaspy a quick smooch goodnight and make sure his blankets are all situated...
Then nearly every evening, whoever gets downstairs first boils the kettle for tea :) we USUALLY drink decaf pekoe, but sometimes I enjoy a ginger-honey-lemon tea or a chai latte :)

And then we chill or game/edit/sew - whatever mood strikes!
