Hi guys! In this video I show you how I made the Crispy Mushroom Galette from Claire Saffitz's cookbook "Dessert Person." It's a vegan recipe and I'll walk through making the olive oil crust as well as the leek & mushroom filling.
Overall, I'd give it a 6/10. Harsh... but this was my least favorite recipe I've made from this book. I thought it was a bit expensive and a little dry. I'd recommend it as a side to a larger meal.
