How to remove a 2011-2014 Chrysler 200 Front Bumper Cover

Tools Needed:
A flat-head screwdriver or a panel clip pliers for the plastic push pins. A wrench or socket wrench with 10mm and 7mm sockets.

This front bumper is one of the easier bumpers to remove. This is one of our short videos and we're not complaining. Like most bumpers, you want to start with the bottom of the Chrysler 200 and work your way to the top. You may be thinking why start at the bottom? The answer is, you don't want to release the last bolts on the bottom and have the bumper fall on you. We know bumpers are not heavy, but you may get hurt and if you have fog lights, it may break the wire harness. It's much easier clearing the bottom out and moving towards the top. Don't forget about detaching the fender liners from the lower part of the bumper. These were held on by a couple bolts. They are very easy to remove, just don't lose those screws. Our customer has a customer grille on her car that we think was broken. Or, it just sits on top of the bumper. Normally, the grille would come off with the bumper. As soon as you remove the top clips, the grille, the bumper will completely detach. YOu dismount the bumper by pulling the corners or the far ends under the fenders. Once you pull off one side, the other should fall with ease.
