🧾 Ingredients:
250 g biscuits
25 g melted butter (at room temperature)
150 g milk (at room temperature)
180 g sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons of neutral (flavorless) vegetable oil
20 g cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
40 g coconut powder (desiccated coconut)
25 g raw pistachios
25 g raw walnuts
25 g raw hazelnuts
25 g raw almonds

Preparation:
First, spread all the nuts on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 10 to 15 minutes until they are lightly toasted and fragrant.
Then, allow the nuts to cool and grind them into a fine powder.
Crush the biscuits completely and sift them until they become soft and fine like flour. (You can do it like I did: put them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin, or use a food processor—any method that’s easiest for you.)
Now, add the cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, ground toasted nuts, and cinnamon to the biscuit powder.
Mix everything well.
Add the melted butter, then gradually add the milk in three stages, mixing well each time, until you get a soft, moldable dough.
The resulting dough weighs approximately 600 grams, and you can make 20 balls of 30 grams each, or adjust the size as you prefer.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Then, add 2 tablespoons of neutral vegetable oil and mix well.
Now, dip the dough balls into the melted chocolate, remove them, and place them on parchment paper to set completely.
Finally, decorate them with chocolate and chopped pistachios.
