I hope you enjoy this video, where I'm taking you through a few productive days in my life in Dubai before our civil wedding! 🥰 I'm trying lots of new healthy recipes, finish some wedding prep, and of course lots of self care and wellness ✨

RECIPES:
Zucchini Wrap
1 medium zucchini, cut into thin slices & spread on a baking trey (slightly overlapping)
Topped with salt, herbs, olive oil & a handful of grated mozzarella cheese
Baked in the oven for about 15 minutes at 190°C (375°F)
Filling:
1/2 avocado, adding lemon juice on top
Handful of arugula
50g smoked salmon
1 tbsp greek yogurt
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Salt & herbs
Side:
Baby broccoli cooked in a pan with a bit of butter
High Protein Pizza
For the dough:
2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
60g flour (I used chickpea flour)
Baking in the oven for 20–25 at 190°C (375°F)
For the toppings:
1/2 can tomato/pizza sauce (I used chopped tomatoes)
Handful of romaine lettuce
Stracciatella burrata
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Sourdough toast breakfast
2 slices of sourdough bread fried in a pan with a bit of butter
1 slice topped with 1/2 avocado (mixed with salt & lemon juice) and two scrambled eggs
1 slice topped with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 slices of one big tomato
Zucchini patties
1 medium zucchini, grated
3 eggs
5 (big) tbsp chickpea flour
100g feta cheese
salt
Frying them in a pan with a bit of butter, and adding 1-2 tbsp Greek yogurt on top
Spaghetti Bolognese
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
500g organic minced beef
About 500ml tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, and a bit of vegetable bouillon to season
200g whole grain spaghetti
Parmigiano/grated mozzarella for topping
