Silver Sneakers Classic #5

This video was created to share with others teaching Silver Sneakers Classic classes that would like to use my choreography. I do not have rights to any of the music and it is not for sale. It is absolutely free to use. I will provide you with my choreography notes via Google Docs and my Spotify playlist you can use. My choreography notes are written how I speak, so if it says right, I'm actually using my left. I also don't do any chair options in my video, but I always have them readily available in class to teach. If you are unsure of what to do for a chair option, please feel free to ask in the comments section, and I will get back to you. Lastly, if you have choreography for Silver Sneakers up online, please leave links for me! I will be posting new videos of full classes every time I write a new class!

PS - I'M 3 MONTHS POSTPARTUM! Baby is doing great! I will be teaching old releases, alongside writing choreography, as I navigate becoming a new mom. I may have new stuff up a little more slowly, but promise to keep it coming!

Credit: Track Track #2 was written by Linda Elder. I simplified a couple moves to make the track more user friendly for the SS crowd. (It's a zumba track.)
